Wyndham Vacation Resorts has nearly 200 properties throughout the world to choose from. These are the properties located in your Club Wyndham Plus directory.

To use your points in the Club Wyndham Plus system, you may call or make reservations online. Booking online is definitely the preferred method. To use your points online, first you must create your website login. You may do this by going to wyndhamvacationresorts.com with your contract # and member #. You can find these numbers in your ownership documents. You will be able to search for what you want. To see how many points you have left, click on My Membership, and then Point Status.

If you are a VIP, VIP Gold, or VIP Platinum owner, you receive a points discount for booking Wyndham properties within 60 days. This discount is reflected in the ?Discount Points? column after you have searched for availability. As a VIP owner you are also entitled to a unit-size upgrade 30, 45, or 60 days out, depending on whether you are VIP, Gold, or Platinum. You must call the Reservations Center to request your upgrade.

RCI allows us to access over 5,000 properties throughout the world.  They also have great deals on cruises. In order to use RCI, first we must deposit our points into our RCI account. If you became an owner recently, please keep in mind that it can take 4-6 weeks for your RCI account to become active.

Depositing points into RCI
Once you are active in the RCI system, you may deposit your points from the Wyndham website under My Membership -> RCI/II deposits, or you may do so by calling your Wyndham Reservation counselor at 800-251-8736 option 1.

1) It will ask you to select your ?Use Year End Date?. This is how you specify which points you want to use. Use your oldest points first. The Use Year End Date is the date one year after the day the points were deposited. For example, if your points were deposited on July 1st, 2009 (this is your Use Year Start Date), then select June 30, 2010 as your Use Year End Date. If you forgot your use year start/end date, just go to Member Services -> Point Status.

2) Select the amount of points you would like to deposit. For example, if you want to find a 2 bedroom in Red Season, deposit 154,000 points. If you want a Studio in Red season, deposit 70,000 points. Once deposited, your points are good in RCI for two years.

If traveling last minute, usually 45 days or less, RCI will sometimes let you book large high season units that become available for a smaller amount of points. Ask your RCI representative for more details.

You may also make nightly reservations in RCI resorts. Simply call your Wyndham counselor and ask for RCI Nightly Stays.

TPI is a special option for our Hawaii owners. Essentially, TPI is a trading company that has about 600 resorts. They focus in high demand areas such as Hawaii, California, Colorado, Arizona, and Mexico. As owners in Hawaii, we get what is called a ?2 For 1 Exchange?. What that means is, any time we give them a week in Hawaii, they give us two weeks back to use anywhere in their system we want to go! You may view their property portfolio at www.tradingplaces.com

To use TPI, first we must make a deposit. Call Wyndham and ask them to make a deposit into TPI. What we are actually going to do is find a week at a Wyndham resort in Hawaii for the smallest amount of points possible. There are five properties that we may specify for deposits in Trading Places - Bali Hai Villas, Waikiki Beach Walk, Kona Hawaiian Resort, Royal Sea Cliff, and Mauna Loa Village. Search online for the cheapest week available in Hawaii in the size villa you want. For example, if you want to use Trading Places to visit the Tahoe Seasons resort in a one bedroom, first, call Wyndham and deposit a 1 bedroom week into TPI.

Find the most inexpensive one bedroom available - lets say you find a one bedroom at Waikiki Beachwalk during June for 154,000 points. Ask the counselor to reserve and deposit that week into Trading Places. They will connect you to TPI, and facilitate the deposit.

Once this is done, you have one week, and one bonus week for use in TPI. You can tell the TPI representative what you are looking for, and they will make a reservation for you. All of Trading Places ?Premier Access? properties can be booked with no exchange fee! The bonus week you may use at any TPI property. Its essentially two weeks for one weeks worth of points. This is a fantastic benefit and I recommend you use it whenever possible.

You can use your points through Plus Partners for Airfare, Car rentals, Hotel accommodations, tickets to Disney World, Cruises, and other items.
